Onboarding & Planning Coordinator – Network Operations Team Central Birmingham Full-time | Hybrid position (1 day Per Week WFH) Are you a highly organised, people-focused professional with a knack for planning and problem-solving? Our client is a fast-growing and innovative company in the mobility sector, as an Onboarding & Planning Coordinator. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the journey of our new drivers and supporting our mission to transform movement across the UK. What You’ll Be Doing As part of our Network Operations Team, you'll be at the forefront of driver recruitment and development, helping onboard and support drivers as they start their journey. You'll be responsible for: Conducting interviews with potential drivers to assess suitability Guiding new drivers through their first 10 jobs via planning sessions and 1-to-1 support Monitoring driver performance, offering timely feedback and coaching Managing compliance checks including driving licence and DBS verification Hitting monthly targets for new driver onboarding and activation Collaborating with the Driver Services Team to align recruitment with operational needs What We’re Looking For We need someone who’s proactive, adaptable, and genuinely excited to make a difference. You’ll thrive in this role if you have: Experience in transport planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of mainland UK geography Good time management and attention to detail A willingness to experiment, take ownership, and learn from outcomes (Bonus) Some experience with transport logistics What You’ll Get in Return Our client value their team.
