Are you an experienced and successful Service Advisor / Parts Advisor / Workshop Controller / Service Administrator / Service Manager/ Aftersales Manager/ Sales Executive / Business Manager/ Sales Administrator / Sales Manager, Accounts Assistant / Accountant within a dealership and looking for a new challenge?
Onboarding Consultant – Field Based – across the UK & Europe (HQ based in Birmingham)
Salary: Basic £32,000 OTE £42,500
Working Hours: Monday - Friday - 37.5 hours a week
Our client is seeking a Onboarding Consultant with strong dealership experience within the Sales / Aftersales or Accounts Department!
Onboarding Consultant Responsibilities:
* Configure and implement our clients platform in new and existing dealerships
* Tailor settings and parameters to match business processes
* Deliver clear and engaging training sessions to dealerships ensuring confidence in using the platform.
* Guide dealerships on vehicle processes
* Lead implementations from planning through to launch, ensuring smooth transitions
* Provide onsite and remote consultancy to support adoption, optimisation and continuous improvement
* Collaborate with dealership stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure best practice configurations
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve and enhance customer experience
* Develop deep knowledge of platform functionality across all departments and integrations
* Act as a trusted advisor, helping increase efficiency and maximise profitability
The Ideal Onboarding Consultant:
* Previous experience in Sales, Aftersales or Accounts in a dealership is required
* Good knowledge of vehicle administration, stock creation, costing, invoicing, registration and bonus posting
* Hands on experience with a dealer management system
* Experience in training or coaching others
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Able to adapt approaches to different dealerships and stakeholders levels
* Excellent organisational and project management skills
* Analytical methodical problem solver
* Attention to detail and process accuracy
* Self-motivated and willing to travel as required
* Strong understanding of dealership operations
* Full, clean UK Driving licence
CAR OR COMMERCIAL DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
