Join Our Team as an Onboarding Coordinator!

We are looking for a cheerful and professional Onboarding Coordinator to join our vibrant recruitment team in Newcastle-under-Lyme/Keele. As the face of our onboarding process, you will play a crucial role in ensuring new hires are compliant and ensuring they have a smooth transition into their new roles.
What You'll Do:
As our Onboarding Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Contractual/administration environment
Client facing/customer service environment
Working in a team environment with an office
To provide support to candidates throughout the process and ensure they provide accurate data for checks to be completed within SLA
Alert Account / Operational teams to any adverse findings within candidate cases
Ensure all work is completed within client SLA's and escalate any areas of non-compliance
Become a super user on the Technology Platform, ensuring full use of automated functionality.
Manage and maintain accurate records in accordance to client requirements
Ensure all final quality checks are completed in a timely manner - prioritising by SLA/urgent cases.What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Excellent Communication Skills: Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will help new hires feel at ease.
Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks will keep our onboarding process running smoothly.
Experience in Recruitment or HR: Previous experience in onboarding, recruitment, or human resources is a plus!
