As a an Oncology nurse, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols.
Assessing patient needs and updating care plans as necessary.
Monitoring vital signs and escalating changes in condition appropriately.
Administering medications safely and effectively.
Maintaining accurate nursing documentation.
Ensuring compliance with NMC standards and hospital policies.

Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in IT systems for patient records.
