Are you a passionate and highly-qualified Study Skills Tutor eager to make a real difference in students' lives? Randstad Student Support is actively seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential one-on-one support to students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLDs) and Autism at West Herts College. This is a time-sensitive role, and we are aiming to expedite the hiring process.

Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized learning plans, guide students in effective study strategies, assess student progress, collaborate with university staff, utilize online teaching technologies, and create personalized learning materials.

Qualification/education
Relevant professional body memberships (PATOSS, BDA, PASSHE, ADHSE, Dyslexia Guild) are required. Proven experience working with SPLDs and Autism is essential.
Experience
Proven teaching experience with students with SPLDs and Autism.
