Job Description
An Onsite Recruiter, for the Industrial Sector is required for a field-based position: A talented recruitment onsite account manager is needed to join a great team to oversee a key sites in along the M4 corridor including Buckinghamshire, Bedford and Hertford.
This role is to ensure fulfilment of staffing requirement through great communication with clients, planning and candidates, whilst supporting staffing safety, performance and retention.

About you:
* You will be great at communicating and people management.
* With experience in recruitment onsite for the industrial sector for either manufacturing or warehouse companies.
* A resilient and calm person who can handle a challenge and positively lead others.
* You will have managed clients face to face and be confident in consulting on solutions.
The role:
* Covers a large region of a 40-mile circle and you will be field based ensuring each site is fully managed and supported with their recruitment needs.
* Daily briefing meetings with client’s management team and supervisors
* Sourcing applicants alongside the team
* Liaising with management of site to ensure training, safety and compliance.
* Oversee performance results such as productivity KPIs and challenges of staffing.
* Fulfilment and performance review meetings
* Assessing and inductions of site, safety and compliance
* Forecasting and planning headcount and solutions
* Screening shortlisted candidates face to face and interviewing alongside the team.
* Manage basic HR such as disciplinaries.
* Manage rotas and holidays.
* Health and safety records
You must have a UK Driving licence and your own vehicle.
Working standard hours of 8:30 to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, with scope to adjust hours to suit the operations and your travel. Offering £30,000 per annum basic, plus £1000 on call allowance and a car allowance of £2400.
