Onsite Recruitment Coordinator / Recruitment Account Coordinator– Barnsley
Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 (DOE) | OTE: £28,000
Location: Barnsley (On-site)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00 (to be agreed)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Driving Licence & Own Transport Required

Due to rapid growth and continued success, we are looking for a dedicated Onsite Recruitment Coordinator /Recruitment Account Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Barnsley.
Reporting to the Account Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting recruitment operations and managing the onsite workforce.
Key Responsibilities
* Check-in and support staff at the start of each shift
* Attend team briefs and client planning meetings
* Update and maintain CRM records
* Register, vet, and induct new candidates
* Create worker profiles in the time & attendance system
* Manage and update staffing rotas
* Book and coordinate temporary staffing needs
* Provide holiday and weekend out-of-hours mobile support as required
What We’re Looking For
* Previous onsite recruitment experience (ideal but not essential)
* Highly flexible with a "hit the ground running" attitude
* Excellent time management and organisation skills
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
* Quick learner and proactive approach

* Basic salary: £25,000 – £26,000 (DOE)
* OTE: Up to £28,000
