As an Operations Coordinator, you will be:
Processing incoming audit applications and maintaining accurate records
Logging planned audits and tracking timelines across the central schedule
Liaising with auditors and clients to confirm availability and coordinate assignments
Preparing and distributing audit documentation packs
Supporting internal teams and maintaining clear communication throughout
As an Operations Coordinator, your skills and experience will include:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience in scheduling or coordination roles (audit or certification sector a plus)
Awareness of Cognito Forms is desirable but not essential
