As an Operational Chef, you'll be the driving force behind food excellence, leading and inspiring a team of Head Chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences across our sites in Bath, Bournemouth, Cardiff, Cheltenham, Exeter, and Worcester.

Lead and inspire your team of Head Chefs, ensuring top-notch food standards, guest experience, and safety compliance.
Communicate regularly with the General Manager and Operations Manager to drive site performance and profitability.
Manage and coach Head Chefs based on monthly KPI results, nurturing their talent and building a succession plan.
Oversee the implementation of best training practices and establish a robust talent pipeline.
Maintain an upbeat and positive team culture, undertaking Head Chef responsibilities as needed. Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in an operations or field-based role within the hospitality industry.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a passion for developing and empowering teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholdersBefore You Apply
