The Role
As Retail Operations Administrator, you'll support the Amazon EU team and help keep things running smoothly across key retail accounts. You'll be involved in a mix of day-to-day operations and admin, and get real insight into how a global consumer business works behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle product compliance admin: review, submit, and track necessary documentation
Monitor inventory and stock movements across systems
Keep product catalogue data clean, up-to-date, and accurate
Help out with order entry and processing when needed
Pull together weekly reports on sales, stock levels, and incoming deliveries
Work closely with retail partners, customers, and internal teams to build strong relationships
Join in on brand and product training to stay up to speed
Support the wider team with general account admin
Take meeting notes and keep track of follow-up actionsAbout You
We're looking for someone who's organised, proactive, and ready to learn-someone who enjoys a bit of variety in their day and takes ownership of their work.
You'll ideally have
At least 1 year of admin experience (retail or e-commerce is a bonus, but not essential)
Fluency in German (written and spoken) - this is a must
Strong communication skills - clear, friendly, and professional
Solid Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good time management and the ability to prioritise
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to handle sensitive info with discretion
