Job Description
This a great role for someone who likes lots of different things to do, doesn't want to get bored in their job and would like to continue learning and moving forwards with a company.
This family business works mainly with schools providing support on an industry level around heating and are growing. This is an additional head to work with their Operations Manager and team to support the business in the following areas:
Liaising with Project Manager to order the correct parts for deliver to sites
Working with preferred supplier contractors on site and ordering ad hoc additional equipment on a daily basis
Raising of purchase orders and inputting of invoices onto their systems
Working with the team to deliver government tenders
You need to be process driven and enjoy seeing a project through from beginning to end. Be thorough, detailed and meticulous.
They would also love someone to look at their processes and if there is a better way of doing things, be happy to put up their hand and give an opinion.
Knowledge of Sage 50 and MS packages would be useful and if you have a knowledge of the construction, building or plumbing industries that could be helpful too, but it's not a must haveBefore You Apply
