My client is a professional and established organisation based in Hampton. They are currently seeking an experienced and organised Operations Administrator to join their team.
The main purpose of the role is to assist with managing operational suppliers for the business ensuring all KPI’s/SLA’s are met, customer concerns are investigated and processes are kept under review.
Responsibilities:-
* In conjunction with the Operations Manager, ensure Operational and Contractual standards are met against agreed metrics and KPI’s and any customer concerns are dealt with effectively by the supplier.
* To maintain the in-house platform for daily hire invoicing, checking for invoice accuracy
* To process service and MOT bookings via the garage network portal, liaising with suppliers where necessary.
* To assist with maintaining supplier contracts.
* To assist with collating relevant management reporting, including relevant client KPI reports and client review data.
* Assist the wider operations team in admin tasks.
* To collate any rebate payments from suppliers and to ensure that invoices are raised in accordance with agreed timeframes.
* To support THE business development team in the preparation of tender bids.
It is essential that you possess advanced Excel skills to include V-lookups/Pivot tables/Formulas. You must have the ability to interpret, extract, manipulate and accurately analyse data using Excel. You will be adept at Identifying issues and presenting potential solutions and be an extremely organised administrator.
