Job Description

Operations Administrator * Kirkbymoorside * £12.47 per hour * 37 hours per week * 6-month temporary contract We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Administrator to provide administrative support across production, operations, and engineering departments. Key Duties: * Issue, print, and distribute documents in line with internal procedures * Compile and maintain both electronic and paper documentation * Enter data into ERP and document control systems * Provide general admin support as directed by the Operations Manager About You: * Previous admin experience (operations/manufacturing/engineering background beneficial but not essential) * Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel * Experience with ERP and document control systems (Business Central advantageous) * Strong time management and organisational skills * Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach * Good communicator, able to work independently and as part of a team * Minimum of four GCSEs (or equivalent) For further details on this excellent opportunity to join a leading local employer, please apply with your CV or contact the Industrial Team at our Gateshead office
