We’re looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy manufacturing business in Kirkbymoorside, supporting their production, operations, and engineering teams.
This is a temporary role for 6 months, starting as soon as possible.
Some of the key Operations Administrator responsibilities are:
Provide administrative support across the production, operations, and engineering departments
Issue documents in line with company procedures
Print and distribute documentation as required
Compile and maintain both electronic and paper records
Carry out data entry into ERP and document control systems
Support the Operations Manager with ad-hoc activitiesThe ideal candidate will be organised with good time management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks.
You’ll be a confident communicator, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
This will be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am–4.30pm, and Friday 8.30am–4.00pm earning an hourly rate of £12.47 per hour.
