Our client, a well-established and highly regarded manufacturer, is looking to recruit an Operations Administrator to join their busy head office team in High Wycombe.
This is a varied role requiring Sage 50 experience and a good understanding of stock control, logistics, and operational administration. You will be responsible for producing production instructions, managing stock inventories, liaising with suppliers, and coordinating outbound shipments to meet customer requirements.
Based in High Wycombe, salary £30,000 – £33,000 per annum depending on experience. This role is fully office based.
Duties:

Create component pick lists and production instructions using Sage 50
*
Monitor and manage stock inventories
*
Liaise with supply chain partners and in-house procurement
*
Plan manufacturing schedules to meet client deadlines
*
Produce customer invoices
*
Organise logistics for outbound shipments
*
Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and suppliers
Skills and Experience required:

Experience using Sage 50 (essential)
*
Strong organisational and time management skills
*
Good understanding of stock control and operational processes
*
Confident communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels
*
Proactive approach and ability to work on own initiative
*
Team player with a methodical and accurate work style
