We’re seeking an Operations Assistant on a temporary basis for our client based towards Wroxham. This role is Monday to Friday around 20-30 hours per week. This opportunity is 4-6 weeks (potentially to be extended)
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for inputting information on the production schedule and maintaining this schedule, as well as producing and managing the various workflow lists for a variety of tasks running within this schedule.
* Working with several workflow systems which will need to be kept up-to-date and a requirement to keep customers informed of progress, including the use of Excel. Also required to liaise with customers to inform them of any updates, delays etc.
* Other ad-hoc office duties will be required including answering the phone.
Required Skills and Experience
* Scheduling experience desired
* Confident use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Confident use of different systems.
* Friendly and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise own workload effectively.
*No remote or hybrid working available.
