The Product Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting and driving the operational focus of the Product team during a period of structural modernisation. You will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the product function ensuring product governance, initiatives and operations are executed flawlessly.
Main duties include:
* Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and materials for the monthly Product Governance Committee meetings
* Track and monitor open actions from annual product reviews, providing the team with a holistic picture of actions and identifying where there are overlaps and priorities
* Undertake regular analysis of available data through the Product and Finance Dashboards, to provide team with insights to inform product decisions and enable monitoring of product performance
* Co-ordinate the Product Team on the strategic planning process including budgeting
* Supporting Senior / Product Managers and conducting periodic checks on our online portals to ensure page navigation and links are functional.
* Schedule and coordinate product team meetings, including preparing agendas, sending out invitations, and tracking actions.
The ideal Product Operations Coordinator will have the ability to look across multiple work streams and tie them into an organised view that provides central oversight. Excellent communication skills are essential as is a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite to prepare documents, trackers, and templates to support the team's needs.
Based from either the flagship Central London office or Kent Head Quarters you will receive:
