Operations Coordinator - Digital Supply Chain Project
£30,000 - £35,000 + benefits

Overview:
This supply chain solutions business is currently undergoing a digital transformation programme with roll out across their European and international infrastructure. As a key support to this programme, they are now looking for an Operations Coordinator to help manage the procurement and logistics administration support to the Digital Operations team. The role will be home based with some travel required when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the smooth executive of day to day operations and projects within the Digital team.
Act as the central point of coordination in planning, scheduling, monitoring progress and reporting for digital hardware implementation across international sites.
Administer the procurement process, ensuring accurate order tracking, follow up and efficient delivery.
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and logistics providers to ensure equipment is delivered to locations on schedule whilst resolving any supply chain issues that may have an impact on delivery.
Maintain and update standard operating procedures.
Keep an up to date register of all hardware ensuring it is accurately, tracked and monitored.
Person Specification:
Possess a background of experience in a coordination or administration role within supply chain, logistics or procurement.
Super organised, efficient and thorough with an eye to detail even when working in a fast-paced environment.
Data literate with an ability work at a high level in Excel to track and administer the flow of orders and deliveries worldwide.
Experience in working within complex projects and coordinating day to day activities.
Able to multi-task, work independently from home and build team relationships remotely.
Proactive at identifying issues for example supply chain delays or order discrepancies and working to find practical solutions. Processing Your Data
