This dynamic travel company who specialise in educational travel are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their busy team. In this fast paced role you will ensure all operational details are carried out as well as coordinating logistics and problem solving.
Operations Coordinator Role and Responsibilities
Organise logistics for multiple groups
Create documentation
Manage costings and payments
Work with suppliers to confirm arrangements
After a qualifying period, you will be required to assist with 24 hour duty officer responsibilities
Operations Coordinator Skills and Experience Required
Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
A good working knowledge of excel
Able to travel to events when required
French language skills an advantage
