As our Operations Coordinator, you'll be the beating heart of our operations – coordinating our expert surveying teams, delighting our clients, and ensuring every survey runs like clockwork.
What You'll Be Doing
Client & Team Coordination
* Manage surveyor schedules and diaries with precision
* Plan strategic survey routes, optimising for efficiency and client convenience
* Deliver outstanding customer service that builds lasting relationships
* Keep clients and residents informed throughout their survey journey
* Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for our field teams
Operational Excellence
* Process and prioritise survey requests based on urgency and timescales
* Prepare detailed cost estimates with accuracy and speed
* Review architectural plans and technical documentation
* Maintain seamless communication across teams via phone, email, and digital platforms
* Collate survey documentation, photos, and reports
Relationship Building
* Act as the friendly first point of contact for clients and residents
* Send professional resident communications with survey details
* Build positive, lasting relationships with clients, residents, and internal teams
* Handle tenant liaison duties with professionalism and care
