Operations Coordinator – Supporting Field Engineers

To strengthen our operations team, we are looking for an Operations Coordinator who can work closely with our field engineers, problem-solve in real time, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is about much more than scheduling – it’s about communication, agility, and making sure our customers and engineers get the support they need.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting and coordinating field engineers across different regions to ensure effective service delivery
*
Managing multiple systems, databases, and customer portals to keep information accurate and up to date
*
Communicating with engineers, customers, and colleagues to resolve issues quickly and keep everyone informed
*
Adapting to last-minute changes and finding solutions to keep operations on track
*
Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for:

Experience working with or supporting field-based employees (ideally across different regions)
*
Comfortable using multiple systems and managing a variety of tasks at once
*
Proactive, agile, and solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving skills
*
A customer-focused communicator who builds strong relationships and takes pride in service quality
*
Experience in scheduling, coordination, or a similar operational support role is an advantage, but not essential
