Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll own our service delivery engine, leading Service Desk, Regional Technical Teams, and Projects to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for our customers. This is more than an operational role; it’s a transformation opportunity. You’ll shape scalable processes, drive consistency across regions, and embed a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring our services meet the evolving demands of the education sector.

Role: Operations Director, Director of Service Delivery, Head of Operations, Service Delivery Director, IT Operations Director, IT Service Delivery Director

Location: Offices in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Hybrid working available, with an expectation to attend both offices. Senior role with flexible working patterns depending on business needs.

Salary: Truly negotiable depending on experience

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with operational excellence, able to influence at board level while staying close to delivery. Previous experience in an IT MSP is essential, ideally within the education sector.
