Operations Director – Onshore Wind (Renewable O&M)
Our client is a market-leading provider of Operations & Maintenance services in the Onshore Wind sector. With a strong pipeline of projects and ambitious growth plans, they are seeking an Operations Director to lead the delivery of complex, high-value O&M projects and drive operational excellence across their portfolio.
The Role
As Operations Director, you will take full ownership of O&M activities within the onshore renewable sector, with responsibility for the end-to-end management of turbine and blade maintenance operations. This is a senior leadership role where you will be instrumental in shaping strategy, building high-performing teams, and ensuring best-in-class service for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement an operational strategy aligned with business goals
Lead and inspire teams of technicians and engineers to deliver excellence
Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and SOPs
Act as a key client-facing leader, managing and strengthening relationships
Oversee project delivery to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Drive continuous improvement across all operational areas
About You
8+ years’ experience leading complex operational teams, ideally within renewable energy
Proven track record in onshore wind operations & maintenance
Strong commercial awareness and budget management expertise
In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety compliance
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant disciplineBefore You Apply
