Job Description
PH Water & Air Technologies is looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead our operational strategy, service delivery and compliance across the business.
You will take charge of every aspect of our operational performance, from water treatment and air hygiene to engineering and project management, runs efficiently, safely and to the highest industry standards. This is a high impact role requiring both strategic vision and hands on leadership to deliver exceptional results for our clients while driving the company’s growth ambitions.

What you receive for joining us:
We offer a excellent salary of £65,000 to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer 25 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays, a pension and healthcare, and other benefits we would be happy to tell you about.

Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing:
• Lead and refine operational strategies to deliver on company objectives, ensuring they are adaptable to market trends, new opportunities and emerging challenges, while keeping them measurable and results driven
• Oversee service delivery across all business units, creating smooth integration between departments, optimising resources and ensuring consistently high performance across water, air, engineering and project services
• Ensure full compliance with British standards and LCA requirements by maintaining robust quality systems, regular audits and proactive risk prevention measures
• Mentor and develop operational managers and teams through clear communication, structured development plans and leadership that inspires accountability and excellence across all levels
• Foster strong, long term relationships with clients through regular engagement, tailored solutions and service that builds trust, encourages repeat business and enhances our reputation
Can you show experience in some of these areas:
• Senior operations leadership within water treatment, environmental services or facilities management, ideally overseeing complex, multi-site operations in regulated industries
• Expert knowledge of water hygiene legislation, compliance and industry best practice, with the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure operational excellence at scale
• Proven ability to lead and inspire large multi-disciplinary teams, creating an environment of high engagement, strong collaboration and consistent delivery of targets
• Strong budget and project management skills with a track record of delivering profitable outcomes, improving efficiency and safeguarding quality standards
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification preferred, supported by hands on experience in operational leadership and compliance management
