Job Description
Adventure Travel Operations Executive required for an award-winning, experiential Tour Operator Salary 27-28K. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a love of adventure travel to start their career journey in travel or for someone already working in travel to move into operations.
Adventure Travel Operations Executive Responsibilities:
Creation of booking confirmations for clients.
Maintenance of Tour Leader profiles.
Look after client payments and supplier invoicing
Liaise with destination management companies and other overseas suppliers
Help with operational crises when they occur
Assist with travel manifests
Creation of trip documentation.
Assist sales and product teams with bookings, hotel descriptions, etc
Take a small amount of responsibility for the operation of some tours
Help the Head of Sustainable Travel to manage the carbon footprint of the group trips and to find environmental projects to support
Adventure Travel Operations Executive Skills and Experience required:
Strong administrative and organisational ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A massive passion for travel
Adventure Travel Operations Executive Additional Info:
25 days annual leave plus bank hols
Remote or Hybrid working
Volunteering days, Self investment days and funding
