Hamilton Barber Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a dynamic and growing professional service business to recruit an experienced Operations Lead to join on a maternity cover basis. This is a key role, responsible for leading a dedicated Client Delivery team to ensure an exceptional service experience for both internal and external clients.
As Operations Lead, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Director to implement strategic initiatives and process improvements. You’ll be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous development, and high performance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the Client Delivery Team to consistently deliver a high-quality client journey.

Manage and develop a team of Client Relationship Managers and Client Delivery Managers, supporting their ongoing growth and success.
*
Implement and oversee process changes, ensuring adoption and alignment across teams.
*
Build strong relationships across departments to maintain effective communication and operational efficiency.
*
Support risk management and control improvements to enhance business processes.
*
Promote full utilisation of internal systems to improve productivity and service delivery.
*
Champion a culture of development and career progression within the team.
About You
As Operations Lead you will have experience in an operational leadership role with a proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
This role will need outstanding communication skills, and you will need the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
You will be an Analytical thinker with a focus on continuous improvement with a commitment to delivering excellence.
