Operations Manager - Cladding & Facade RefurbishmentLocation: Birchwood (with travel across the North of England)

A well-established refurbishment and building maintenance contractor is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of high-rise residential cladding and façade remediation projects across the North of England

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring safe and efficient delivery, managing operational teams, and driving programme performance across a portfolio of live works

Key Responsibilities

Lead the operational delivery of high-rise cladding refurbishment and remediation projects
Oversee Project Managers, Site Managers and delivery teams across multiple sites
Develop, manage and monitor project programmes, ensuring key milestones and completion dates are achieved
Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout project delivery
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
Support pre-construction and commercial teams with planning, resource allocation and project strategy
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the business
Requirements

Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager position
Strong background delivering high-rise residential cladding, façade remediation or external envelope refurbishment projects
Experience building and managing construction programmes for complex high-rise projects
Strong understanding and practical experience of NEC contracts
Previous experience working within a refurbishment, maintenance or specialist façade/cladding contractor environment
Excellent leadership, client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial awareness and programme management capability.
