I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected multidisciplinary consultancy within the built environment sector. They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their facilities and property services function — a critical role overseeing day-to-day service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business that delivers meaningful, community-focused projects across sectors including education, healthcare, and local government. The Role: As Operations Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the facilities and property team’s performance and service delivery. Leading a team of six direct reports, you’ll be responsible for resource planning, compliance, and ensuring a high-quality, client-focused approach to service management.
