I'm working with a fantastic and fast-growing food manufacturing business that's looking for an Operations Manager / Head of Operations to take the reins and help drive their continued growth.
What we're looking for:
You'll be a proven leader in the Food Manufacturing industry, ideally operating at Factory Manager or Operations Manager level. You'll have a solid track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams - and you'll know how to get the best out of people while maintaining high standards.
You'll be confident in setting up and embedding KPIs, performance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the business keeps pace with its ambitious (but realistic) growth plans.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit still - the business is scaling, and they're looking for someone who wants to grow with it, shape its future, and have a genuine input in its success.
