Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care and operational excellence? We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of elderly care homes, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, quality, and resident wellbeing.
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and success of your homes — driving improvements, supporting home managers, and ensuring residents receive compassionate, person-centred care. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement that reflects the organisation’s vision and values.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager or Operations Director, you will provide strong leadership and guidance to ensure care homes operate efficiently, safely, and in line with all regulatory standards. You will monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and develop action plans to achieve financial and operational targets.

You will build strong relationships with residents, families, regulators, and other key stakeholders, maintaining open communication and ensuring trust at every level.
To excel in this role, you will be a nurse-qualified professional (RGN or RMN) with substantial experience in elderly care and a proven record of managing operations across multiple homes or healthcare settings. You will bring exceptional leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills, alongside a deep understanding of CQC regulations and financial management.
The ideal Operations Manager will be proactive, compassionate, and commercially astute — a professional who thrives on challenges and is committed to driving high-quality care and sustainable business success.
