Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of residential homes, ensuring smooth operations, outstanding care standards, and continuous improvement across all areas of service delivery.
About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you’ll play a key part in shaping the success of our organisation. You’ll drive performance, champion compliance, and foster a culture of care, accountability, and innovation. Key Responsibilities
Provide operational leadership across a number of residential homes, maintaining the highest standards of care and service.
Develop and implement forward-thinking operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
Manage budgets and financial performance, driving value and sustainable growth.
Inspire, lead, and develop home managers and their teams to deliver outstanding results.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, families, and external regulatory bodies.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in operations management, ideally within the residential care or healthcare sector.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams.
Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Solid financial and strategic acumen, with experience managing budgets and resources.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice within the care industry.
Desirable Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Healthcare Management certification or equivalent experience.
Prior experience at a Regional Management level is essential for this role.
