This is a factory-based role. You will be working a late shift pattern: 13.30 – 22.30, Tuesday to Friday and 08.00 – 18.00 on a Saturday.
As the Operations Manager you will:
Lead and inspire the late shift across production, quality, planning, and distribution.
Set clear expectations, drive accountability, and build a performance-oriented culture.
Deliver against critical KPIs like yield, waste, labour efficiency, safety, and quality compliance.
Ensure adherence to food safety, traceability, and regulatory standards.
Work closely with the senior team to align operations with business strategy.
Coach, mentor, and motivate your leaders and front-line teams to perform at their best.
We are looking for an Operations Manager with:
Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
Proven people leadership, able to lead teams, manage performance.
Strong operational mindset, with capability to identify inefficiencies and drive improvement.
Excellent communicator with ability to work across functions and influence up and down the organisation.
Hands-on, decisive, and comfortable being in the thick of operations.

In return you will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 – £60,000 per annum.
