Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking to implement and drive processes forward in a well-established, growing business? The role is to Take the responsibility of the Operations team leading the strategic production, planning and supply chain of the Business Unit.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Lead the Operations team with full responsibility for production planning, supply chain, and strategic execution within the Business Unit.
* Develop, manage, and monitor operational and supply chain budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
* Identify, define, and drive improvement projects in collaboration with the corporate Business Excellence team.
* Oversee inventory levels and reduce lead times to improve responsiveness and service levels.
* Ensure compliance with supply chain and production quality standards.
* Contribute to technology planning and foresight to align operations with future product needs.
* Provide regular reports and performance updates to the Business Unit Manager.
* Drive lean initiatives and implement process improvements across production and operations.
* Champion a strong health & safety culture and oversee related training and compliance.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering effective communication, problem-solving, and alignment with business goals.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
* Lead the Operations team, overseeing production planning, supply chain, and inventory management.
* Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
* Manage operational budgets and monitor costs to ensure financial targets are met.
* Ensure quality and compliance across production and supply chain processes.
* Report operational performance and updates directly to the Business Unit Manager.
