We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our clients established team during an exciting phase of growth and investment.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. You’ll manage daily operations, liaise with customers, oversee purchasing and sales enquiries, and help drive efficiency and profitability.
Ideal Candidate:

Background in operational management or hydraulic/commercial vehicle industries

Strong leadership in a fast-paced environment
*
P&L responsibility and financial oversight experience
*
Confident with purchasing, stock control, and customer service
*
Familiar with material handling equipment
*
Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
*
Full UK driving license
