As an Operations Manager, you will:
Deliver safe, quality-driven, and person-centred services across domiciliary or complex care packages
Provide effective leadership and foster the development of the Community Care Lead Team
Collaborate with the wider operations team to ensure effective staffing and service delivery
Lead the mobilisation process for care packages across your region
Manage financial performance, budgets, and risk across your territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support long-term growth
