Platinum Recruitment is partnering with this stunning privately owned Boutique Hotel and Michelin recommended Restaurant in the heart of the Highlands. We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team.

What's involved?
Your primary goal will be to maximise sales and operational efficiency while demonstrating strong, professional leadership. You'll work alongside the Executive Head Chef and jointly report to the Estate Owners.
Key Requirements:
Experience at an F&B Manager or Operations Manager level
A background in fine dining
