Experience in retail, logistics, distribution, or transport operations
Strong leadership and people management skills
Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics
Knowledge of health & safety and compliance

Lead and manage daily depot operations, including driver and dispatcher teams
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve service issues
Drive performance against KPIs in safety, service, and profitability
Manage absence, underperformance, and team development
Support route planning, seasonal challenges, and new work mobilisation
