What you’ll be doing as Operations Manager:
This role will oversee client relationships, service delivery, financial performance (P&L), and budgeting to ensure sustainable business growth. This multifaceted position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daily office operations and maintaining a smooth-running workplace
Managing the sales team and administering sales processes via email, telephone, and sales representatives
Handling customer relations, including providing technical advice and managing any issues
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Overseeing credit control, banking, and financial administration.
Identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Providing regular financial performance reports and insights to the Managing Director.
Managing health and safety compliance, risk assessments, and policy accreditations.
Implementing efficiency improvements to enhance service delivery and scalability.
Coordinating staff relations, including organizing social events and managing leave.
We’re looking for an Operations Manager with:
Proven experience in customer relationship management, Sales, operations, or office management.
Strong track record in customer retention and service excellence.
Experience in financial oversight, including P&L management and budgeting.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with UK business regulations and compliance is a plus.
