Job Responsibilities:

Monitoring KPIs and SLAs, ensuring targets are met and exceeded

Developing and coaching operational staff, building a high-performance culture

Supporting the business in maintaining industry accreditations and compliance standards
Experience Required:

Proven experience in an operations leadership role, ideally within facilities, or compliance-led services

A strong, people-focused leader with the ability to get the best out of teams

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

A customer-first mindset, with the ability to balance compliance and commercial needs

Confident using systems to manage scheduling, reporting, and operational performance
