Warehouse, Break, Pick, Pack, Dispatch and Customer Service
c. €75,000pa + attractive bonus and benefits
Dublin
The role:
A newly created role, a key member of the Senior UK Leadership Team, responsible for the startup and ongoing management of their warehouse and customer service operations throughout the RoI, supporting a well-established and fast-growing local customer base.
Reporting to the Managing Director, your key task will be to lead, and project manage the set up from scratch of their RoI operations, using your experience to optimise the layout, systems, processes, operational capability and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* In conjunction with the Senior leadership Team, to develop and then implement a plan to set up the companies RoI warehousing and customer services operations from scratch.
* Once set up, the ongoing management of all operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment whilst maximising levels of customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Set, monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Recruit, train, mentor, and develop staff.
Experience:
* Proven warehouse operations experience.
* Strong knowledge of pick, pack, dispatch and customer service operations.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
