Operations Manager – Software & Automation
Location: Home-based with travel between offices and client sites
Salary: Circa 100K - 110K + Bonus + Benefits
Operations Manager required by a fast-growing specialist Automation Consultancy!
This is a varied, key role where you’ll lead development teams and oversee project delivery, with the opportunity to step up to Director level within 12–18 months and contribute to the business both strategically and operationally
Essential:
* Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
* Strong understanding of SCADA and PLC-based control system hardware and software
* Solid grasp of software development fundamentals
* Experience working to ISO9001 and ISO45001 standards (H&S)
* Extensive project management experience
* Proven experience recruiting and developing engineering teams
* Full UK (or equivalent) driving licence
