Are you an experienced operations manager, looking to progress your career in a UK leading supplier of garage door and access control equipment, who will boost your earnings with annual bonuses and other company benefits?
This company are a well-established wholesale distributor of garage doors and entrance opening equipment, working directly with manufacturers here in the UK. They provide full project management to commercial and residential clients, from sales to installation and servicing.
On offer is the opportunity to become a vital asset to the growth of the business. You will be overseeing all operations across multiple sites in the London Area, managing staff and recruitment. The ideal candidate will be able to implement training and development plans, while conferring with senior management and directors.
This role would suit an operations manager looking to join a company who will provide training and development within a growing business that is continuously expanding.
The Role:
Oversee multiple sites within the business
Liaise with clients, staff, and suppliers
Identify issues within the business and implement solutions
Contribute to budgets and business plans
Hire staff and introduce training plans
Collaborate with various teams to enhance overall business performance, while adhering to health and safety standards
The Person:
Experience in an operations or managerial role in the garage door/security door industry
Full UK driving licence
