Contract Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Shifts: 4 Days on/ 4 Days Off 6am - 6pm
Salary: £38,000-£40,000Office Angels is proud to be partnering with a global organisation based in Gatwick. We are currently seeking an experienced Operational Officer to join a high-performing aviation operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with a background in flight planning, ground control, crewing, or rostering who thrive in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage international flight services, ensuring all operational tasks are accurately executed and updated.
Liaise with departure and arrival facilities to coordinate ground handling and flight support.
Manage customs requirements for both domestic and international operations.
Track active flights and provide timely updates to destination airports and stakeholders.
Prepare and transmit flight plans, weather briefings, and alternative routing options.
Maintain operational documentation including permits, hotel bookings, crew transport, and ground arrangements.
Create and manage flight folders for each trip, ensuring all logistical components are in place.
Keep databases of service providers, fuel vendors, and clearance agencies up to date.About you:
Demonstrated experience in aviation operations, ideally in-flight planning, crewing, rostering, or ground control.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a time-sensitive environment.Next Steps:
