What You’ll Be Doing:
*
Supervising daily warehouse and stores operations
*
Leading and motivating the team to meet delivery and production deadlines
*
Receiving, checking, storing, and issuing materials to production
*
Picking components accurately for production and dispatch
*
Updating stock records and inventory systems (ERP)
*
Supporting cycle counts and stock checks
*
Maintaining a safe, organised working environment
*
Flagging and resolving material flow or inventory issues quickly
*
Supporting continuous improvement and lean working practices
What You’ll Need:
*
Previous experience in a warehouse/stores environment
*
Able to interpret and work from engineering drawings
*
Comfortable working from pick lists in a fast-moving, changing environment
*
Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organised
*
Basic IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*
Experience with ERP systems such as Sage, Epicor, or Visual
*
Background in project-based manufacturing (advantageous)
