Are you a confident leader with a background in engineering and production? We’re hiring an Operations Supervisor on behalf of a respected manufacturing business based in Ramsgate. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of operations and lead a skilled and motivated team.

Key responsibilities include:
* Managing daily operations of the department
* Scheduling workloads using Quantum ERP
* Implementing and maintaining SOPs
* Training and leading team members
* Conducting performance reviews and handling initial HR matters
* Overseeing machine maintenance (planned & preventative)
* Monitoring stock of workshop consumables
* Allocating resources to meet production schedules
* Supporting new product introduction
* Enforcing H&S and compliance standards
* Following overhaul manuals and CMMs
* Working closely with customer support for service delivery
What we’re looking for:
* Engineering or manufacturing industry experience
* Leadership experience in a workshop or production setting
* Strong communication and team coordination skills
* Confident using ERP systems (Quantum experience a plus)
* Organised, proactive, and safety-conscious
