Job Description
Looking to make the leap from the shop floor into an office-based role? Want to kickstart a career in operations, training, or planning? This is your shot.
We’re on the lookout for a bright, proactive individual to support the production team across quality, training, admin, and planning. This role is ideal for someone with factory or manufacturing experience who’s ready to grow and progress, potentially into a Shift Manager or Planning Lead role down the line.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Be the go-to person for day-to-day production admin
* Support quality processes and training records
* Coordinate contracts with internal and external stakeholders
* Own the employee poster board and internal communications
* First point of contact for operations
* Help with planning tasks and support the wider shift team
* Collaborate with internal teams, via multiple channels and systems to keep things running smoothly
About You
* You don’t need loads of experience, attitude and ambition go a long way
* Maybe you’ve been a solid machine operator or worked in QA and you’re ready to do more
* Friendly, confident, and ready to works with lots of people
* Organised, detail-driven, and always looking to improve things
* You want to grow. This is a stepping-stone into Shift Management, Planning, or beyond.
