Are you a commercially savvy operations professional with a passion for systems, processes, and team leadership? Our client, a specialist third-party logistics provider, is seeking an Operations Support/Country Manager to join their dynamic team within commuting distance of Manchester Airport.
You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the business, be responsible for streamlining systems and processes, supporting commercial decision-making, and leading a high-performing team. This is a hands-on role with real impact, offering the chance to shape the future of a growing logistics operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team to deliver operational support across logistics functions
Drive continuous improvement in systems and processes
Collaborate with commercial teams to support strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures
Analyse operational data to inform decision-making and performance improvements
Act as a key liaison between operations, IT, and commercial department
Experience:
Proven experience in operations within a logistics or supply chain environment
