Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Salary: £30,(Apply online only) - £32,(Apply online only) + Bonus + Benefits
Shift: Rotating Days / Afternoons / Nights (Mon-Fri) OR 4 on 4 off Days & Nights
Job Role of the Machine Operative
Are you looking to join a growing manufacturing business that is investing heavily in its future?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established food manufacturing company that is currently undergoing significant investment and expansion. As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining product quality standards and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting production operations whilst maintaining excellent standards of Health & Safety, GMP and Food Safety across the site.

Manufacturing or Production experience
Comfortable working shifts

Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Essential Requirements
Experience working towards production targets
Good attention to detail
Ability to follow procedures and work instructions
Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Quality focused approach
Requirements
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
Ensuring production targets are achieved
Maintaining GMP, hygiene and housekeeping standards
Completing production documentation where required
Supporting efficient production operations
Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
Working closely with colleagues across production departments
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
