Job Title: Opiate Recovery Practitioner
Location: Hertfordshire
Rate: £23 - £24 P/H Ltd Umbrella (£21.20 PAYE Inclusive P/H)
Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated Recovery Practitioner to join our team in Hertfordshire on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with an opiate caseload and will be responsible for providing support to individuals dealing with substance misuse issues.
Responsibilities:
Work with clients on opiate caseload to support their recovery journey
Conduct assessments and develop tailored recovery plans
Provide one-to-one and group support sessions
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactionsBenefits:
