Job Description
OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS CO-ORDINATOR
Job Purpose: To offer support for Recruitment Consultants placing personnel offshore within the busy energy sector, by providing executive level administrative support.
9-5 Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch)
35 Hour week, 25 days Holiday + Pension and Health care
Roles and Responsibilities
* Oversea the management of the inbox within outlook. This will be incoming emails from clients, candidates referencing travel, contract approvals, certification.
* Facilitate travel and booking of courses
* Managing personnel availability who are starting projects or when coming off projects.
* Availability of personnel and ensuring files reflect this in real time.
* Management of personnel within an excel spreadsheet – Ensuring all personnel have contracts and in date certifications.
* Sending contracts and ensuring these are done in a timely manner. Full training given.
* Managing CV pool and registration of new candidates within CRM.
* Basic Visas support to candidates eg; sending passport details to clients or embassy
* Validation of Certificates.
* Competing bespoke Client Forms
* CV Formatting
* Any other reasonable duties
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience of working in an office environment.
* Good MS office skills
* Must have good attention to detail
* Must be able to work autonomously and also withing a close teamBefore You Apply
